经腹超声与经阴道三维超声对剖宫产术后切口妊娠诊断的比较

Comparison of Transabdominal Ultrasonography and Transvaginal Three-dimensional Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Incisional Pregnancy after Cesarean Section

目的探讨经阴道三维超声检查对剖宫产术后切口妊娠的诊断的符合率。方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日病理确诊的子宫切口妊娠患者,其中32例经腹超声检查者为对照组,38例经阴道三维超声检查者为研究组,同手术病理结果相比较,对比两组患者对剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠诊断的符合率。结果经检测结果可知,研究组诊断符合率为94.74%,对照组为62.50%,两组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用阴道三维超声检查对剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠的诊断具有临床意义,我们应该加以推广使用,协助临床选择合理的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the coincidence rate of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of incisional pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods Retrospective analysis on January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 patients with pathological diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy,including 32 cases of abdominal ultrasound inspectors for the control group,38 cases of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography were the study group,compared with surgical pathology results,compared two groups of patients with cesarean section uterine incision pregnancy diagnosis coincidence rate.Results According to the test results,the diagnostic coincidence rate of the study group was 94.74%,and that of the control group was 62.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional vaginal ultrasound has clinical significance in the diagnosis of uterine incisional pregnancy after cesarean section,and can be used as one of the first methods for early diagnosis of incisional pregnancy after cesarean section and guide the selection of clinical treatment.
