The Role of Clinical Pharmacy in Guiding Rational Drug Use

目的对临床药学在指导合理用药中的作用效果。方法随机选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月施行临床药学干预的86例患者为观察组,另外,随机选取我院2016年12月至2017年12月未施行临床药学干预的84例患者为对照组,比较两组不合理用药情况,以及住院天数、药物总费用、生活质量等。结果干预后,观察组不合理用药发生率(6.98%)低于对照组(17.86%),对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组住院天数、药物总费用少于对照组,但生活质量总评分明显高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用临床药学服务干预,有助于保证临床合理用药,避免不合理用药现象的发生,从而减短患者住院天数,减轻经济负担,提升患者生活质量水平,值得大力宣传、使用。

Objective To study the effect of clinical pharmacy in guiding rational drug use.square.Methods A total of 86 patients with clinical pharmacy intervention in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the observation group.In addition,84 patients without clinical pharmacy intervention in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly selected as the control group.The unreasonable use of drugs,the number of days in hospital,the total cost of drugs and quality of life,etc were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group(6.98%)was lower than that in the control group(17.86%)and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the number of days in hospital and the total cost of drugs in the observation group were less than that in the control group,but the total score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of clinical pharmaceutical care is helpful to ensure the rational use of drugs in clinic and avoid the occurrence of irrational use of drugs,thus shortening the length of hospitalization,reducing the economic burden and improving the quality of life of patients.It is worth vigorously publicizing and using.
