优质护理干预对重症监护室急性心力衰竭患者的疗效及不良情绪、生活质量的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on the Curative Effect,Bad Mood and Quality of Life of Patients with Acute Heart Failure in the Intensive Care Unit

目的优质护理在重症监护室急性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果,及对不良情绪、生活质量的影响。方法将我院重症监护室收治的急性心力衰竭患者82例随机分为常规护理组与优质护理组,每组41例。常规护理组实施常规护理,优质护理组实施优质护理。对两组患者的抢救成功率及满意度、抑郁及焦虑评分、Barthel指数评分进行比较。结果优质护理组抢救成功率、满意度均高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。两组护理干预前SDS、SAS、Barthel指数评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组护理干预后优质护理组SDS、SAS评分均明显低于护理干预前及常规护理组,而Barthel指数评分明显高于护理干预前及常规护理组(均P<0.05)。结论对重症监护室急性心力衰竭患者实施优质护理,可显著提高抢救成功率、护理满意度及生活质量,同时可有效改善患者的不良情绪。

Objective The effect of high-quality nursing in patients with acute heart failure in the intensive care unit,and its influence on bad mood and quality of life.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute heart failure admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital were randomly divided into routine nursing group and high-quality nursing group,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional nursing group implements conventional nursing,and the high-quality nursing group implements high-quality nursing.The rescue success rate and satisfaction,depression and anxiety scores,and Barthel index scores of the two groups were compared.Results The rescue success rate and satisfaction degree of the high-quality nursing group were higher than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDS,SAS,and Barthel index scores between the two groups before the nursing intervention(P>0.05);the SDS and SAS scores of the high-quality nursing group after the nursing intervention of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the nursing intervention and the conventional nursing group,while the Barthel index scores was significantly higher than that before the nursing intervention and the conventional nursing group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with acute heart failure in the intensive care unit can significantly improve the success rate of rescue,nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and can effectively improve the patients'bad mood.
