优质护理模式在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Mode in Patients with upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究优质护理模式在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法研究对象为本院2020年1月至2020年12月诊治的上消化道出血患者78例,随机数字表法将其分为甲、乙两组,甲组39例(常规护理)、乙组39例(优质护理模式)。比较不同护理模式对患者的影响。结果护理后,两组负面情绪均得到明显改善,乙组SAS、SDS评分低于甲组,存在显著差异(P<0.05);乙组生活质量评分高于甲组,具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对上消化道出血患者应用优质护理模式,护理效果优于常规护理,可促进患者身体康复,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing mode in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 78 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table method.Group A had 39 patients(routine nursing)and group B had 39 patients(high-quality nursing).The effects of different nursing modes on patients were compared.Results After nursing,the negative emotions of the two groups were significantly improved,SAS and SDS scores of group B were lower than group A,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the quality of life scores in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying high-quality nursing mode to patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,nursing effect is better than routine nursing,can promote patients'physical rehabilitation,has clinical application value.
