研究优质护理对肾结石手术患者的护理方法及效果观察

To Study the Nursing Method and Effect of High-quality Nursing for Patients undergoing Nephrolithotomy

目的探究肾结石患者围手术期优质护理干预的应用效果。方法将我院2018年4月至2019年4月进行手术治疗的肾结石患者中,随机抽取78例患者作为研究对象,依照护理方式区分组别,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理,分组对比手术指标,术后并发症发生率,以及护理后生活质量水平。结果研究组各项手术指标均优于对照组,并发症发生率(5.13%)低于对照组(23.08%),手术后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾结石患者手术治疗围手术期优质护理干预的实施能够有效提升护理质量,完善各项手术配合,提升手术安全性,促进患者疾病的康复,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with renal calculi during perioperative period.Methods Seventy-eight patients with renal calculi who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into groups.The control group was given routine nursing.The study group was given high-quality nursing.The operation indexes,the incidence of complications and the quality of life after nursing were compared.Results The operation indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,the incidence of complications(5.13%)was lower than that of the control group(23.08%).The quality of life score of study group after operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in perioperative period for patients with renal calculi can effectively improve the quality of nursing,improve the cooperation of various operations,enhance the safety of operation,promote the rehabilitation of patients'diseases,and improve the quality of life of patients.
