综合护理在胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用价值

The Value of Comprehensive Nursing in the Treatment of Patients with Heart Failure and Arrhythmia Treated with Amiodarone

目的分析综合护理应用于胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者护理的应用价值。方法将2018年3月至2019年3月收治的50例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者编入试验组与对照组,分别采用综合护理(试验组)与常规护理(对照组)干预措施,分析两组患者的临床治疗指标、不良反应发生率、用药依从率、护理总满意率与生活质量评分。结果试验组治疗后的生活质量评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前的临床治疗指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。护理干预实施后,试验组、对照组护理后的临床治疗指标均优于护理前,组内差异较为显著(P<0.05)。试验组护理后的临床治疗指标优于对照组,两组护理后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理总满意率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,用药依从率高于对照组,计数资料有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的综合护理手段的临床治疗效果较为显著,也可以在降低不良反应发生率,改善患者生活质量的同时,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia treated with amiodarone.Methods Fifty patients with heart failure and arrhythmia admitted from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the experimental group and the control group.The routine treatment(control group)and comprehensive nursing intervention were used to analyze the clinical treatment index,adverse reaction rate,medication compliance rate,total nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life score of the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the experimental group after treatment was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical treatment indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the implementation of nursing intervention,the clinical treatment indexes of the experimental group and the control group were better than those before the treatment,and the difference within the group was significant(P<0.05).The clinical treatment index of the experimental group after treatment was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group.The drug compliance rate was higher than that of the control group,and the count data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of amiodarone in the treatment of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia is more significant.It can also improve the patient's nursing satisfaction while reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and improving the quality of life of patients.
