个性化护理干预在对脑梗死患者康复功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的评估个性化护理干预措施实行在脑梗死患者中对其康复功能形成的影响意义。方法对2017年4月至2019年6月本医院治疗的64例脑梗死患者实施指标探究,开展分组时选取密封信封方式,不同组别都归入32例,试验组展开个性化护理干预措施,参比组展开一般护理干预措施,研究护理干预服务前和护理干预服务后肢体康复功能评定分值、言语康复功能评定分值,记录护理干预服务满意计算值。结果护理干预服务前,两组肢体康复功能评定分值、言语康复功能评定分值比较差距不大(P>0.05)。试验组护理干预服务后肢体康复功能评定分值、言语康复功能评定分值高于护理干预服务前及参比组(P<0.05);试验组护理干预服务满意计算值高于参比组(P<0.05)。结论为脑梗死患者提供个性化护理干预措施有利于促进其肢体康复功能及言语康复功能改善。

Objective To evaluate the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the rehabilitation function of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The 64 cases of cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were investigated for indicators.The sealed envelope method was selected during grouping.Different groups were classified into 32 cases.The experimental group carried out personalized nursing intervention measures.The reference group carried out general nursing intervention measures,studied the evaluation scores of limb rehabilitation function and speech rehabilitation function before and after nursing intervention service,and recorded the calculated value of nursing intervention service satisfaction.Results Before the nursing intervention service,there was little difference in the evaluation scores of limb rehabilitation function and speech rehabilitation function between the two groups(P>0.05).The evaluation scores of limb rehabilitation function and speech rehabilitation function of the experimental group after nursing intervention service were higher than those of the pre-nursing intervention service and the reference group(P<0.05);the calculated value of satisfaction with nursing intervention service of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion To provide individualized nursing interventions for patients with cerebral infarction is conducive to the improvement of their limb and speech rehabilitation functions.
