全方位优质护理与传统护理模式在卵巢囊肿手术患者中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Comprehensive High-quality Nursing and Traditional Nursing mode in Patients with Ovarian Cyst Surgery

目的研究全方位优质护理与传统护理模式在卵巢囊肿手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年5月在本院进行治疗的102例卵巢囊肿手术患者作为观察对象,依据不同护理方式将患者分成试验组和对照组,每组51例,其中对照组患者采用传统护理模式,试验组患者采用全方位优质护理模式,对比两组患者的临床应用效果。结果试验组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,患者心理状态优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对进行卵巢囊肿手术的患者采用全方位优质护理干预,具有更高的临床效果,有效促进患者的康复,减少并发症的发生率,使护理有效率得到明显提高。

Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive high-quality nursing and traditional nursing mode in patients with ovarian cyst surgery.Methods One hundred and two patients with ovarian cyst surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing mode,and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive high-quality nursing mode.The clinical application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the psychological state of the patients was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive high-quality nursing intervention for patients with ovarian cyst surgery has higher clinical effect,effectively promotes the rehabilitation of patients,reduces the incidence of complications,and significantly improves the effective rate of nursing.
