早期康复护理在急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用

Application of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Dysphagia in Acute Cerebral Apoplexy

目的探讨伴有吞咽障碍的急性脑卒中患者应用早期康复护理干预的临床效果。方法择取本溪市中医院收治的72例急性脑卒中患者为研究对象,时间为2018年5月至2019年5月,所有患者均存在吞咽障碍,根据随机数字表法将其划分为平行组(n=36)和早期组(n=36)。平行组患者接受常规护理干预,早期组患者在此基础上加行早期康复护理,对比两组患者的吞咽功能级数、康复效果。结果早期组患者的吞咽功能级数(2.40±0.81)级、康复效果88.89%均优于平行组患者(3.90±1.11)级、66.67%,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论早期康复护理应用于伴有吞咽障碍的急性脑卒中患者中,相较于常规护理,能够更好地提升脑卒中患者的吞咽障碍恢复效果,改善患者的吞咽功能,具有重要的临床意义,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute stroke with dysphagia.Methods Seventy-two patients with acute stroke who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.All patients had dysphagia.They were divided into parallel group and early group according to random number table.Thirty-six cases each group.Patients in the parallel group received routine nursing intervention.Early group patients were given early rehabilitation care on the basis of this,and the swallowing function grade and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared.Results In the early group,the swallowing function grade(2.40±0.81)and the rehabilitation effect were 88.89%,which were better than the parallel group(3.90±1.11)and 66.67%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care is applied to acute stroke patients with dysphagia.Compared with conventional care,it can better improve the recovery effect of dysphagia and improve the swallowing function of stroke patients.It has important clinical significance and is worthy of promotion dnd application.
