舒肝调气丸中7种成分含量测定

Determination of Seven Components in Shugan Tiaoqi Pills

目的:建立同时测定舒肝调气丸中龙胆苦苷、丹皮酚、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚含量的方法。方法:采用依利特Hypersil ODS2柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,检测波长为270 nm。结果:舒肝调气丸的最佳提取方式为50%甲醇25 mL超声提取45 min。龙胆苦苷、丹皮酚、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚的线性范围分别为4.92~49.25μg/mL(r=0.99982)、1.38~13.76μg/mL(r=0.99679)、11.78~117.60μg/mL(r=0.99881)、24.64~246.42μg/mL(r=0.99993)、25.84~258.40μg/mL(r=0.99994)、9.01~90.08μg/mL(r=0.99997)、8.38~83.84μg/mL(r=0.99982);加样回收率的范围为95.9%~101.4%;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验RSD均小于2.0%。结论:该方法稳定可靠,重复性好,可为舒肝调气丸的质量控制提供参考。

Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of gentiopicroside,paeonol,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,honokiol,magnolol in Shugan Tiaoqi pills.Methods:The analysis was performed on Hypersil ODS2 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with methanol and purified water as the mobile phase with gradientelution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the wavelength was 270 nm.Results:The best extraction method of Shugan Tiaoqi pills was 50%methanol 25 mL ultrasonic extraction for 45 min.The linear range of gentiamarin,paeonol,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,honokiol,magnolol was 4.92-49.25μg/mL(r=0.99982),1.38-13.76μg/mL(r=0.99679),11.78-117.60μg/mL(r=0.99881),24.64-246.42μg/mL(r=0.99993),25.84-258.40μg/mL(r=0.99994),9.01-90.08μg/mL(r=0.99997),8.38-83.84μg/mL(r=0.99982).The range of recoveries was between 95.9%and 101.4%.The RSD of precision,stability and repeatability were all less than 2.0%.Conclusion:This method is stable and repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of Shugan Tiaoqi pills.
