康复新液对慢性牙周炎患者牙周状况及龈沟液炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on Periodontal Status and Inflammatory Factors in Gingival Crevicular Fluid in Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

目的:探讨康复新液在慢性牙周炎(CP)患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年8月南昌大学附属口腔医院诊治的74例CP患者,依照随机数字表法分成两组,各37例。对照组予以米诺环素口服,观察组使用康复新液漱口,连续用药1个月。对比两组临床疗效、牙周状况、龈沟液炎性因子水平、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组牙袋深度、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组牙袋深度、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数和TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康复新液能够改善CP患者牙周状况,降低龈沟液内炎性因子水平。

Objective:To explore the application value of Kangfuxin liquid in patients with chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods:A total of 74 CP patients diagnosed and treated in The Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given minocycline,and the observation group was given Kangfuxin liquid for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,periodontal condition,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 78.38%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the two groups had dental pocket depth,plaque index,gingival bleeding index and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group's dental pocket depth,plaque index,gingival bleeding index and TNF-α,the level of CRP was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid can improve the periodontal condition of CP patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid.
