骨科Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of Antibiotics in Perioperative Period of Orthopedic Class Ⅰ Incision

目的:探讨骨科Ⅰ类切口围手术期用抗菌药物存在的问题。方法:调取南昌市第一医院2020年1至11月骨科Ⅰ类切口手术病例988份,通过医院病历系统逐个查询,统计出预防用药的551份病例,分析用药合理性。结果:551例围手术期用药涉及了5大类9个品种抗菌药物,用药合理性为35.03%。结论:骨科手术围手术期用药存在不合理,最严重的问题是药物选择不合理和术后用药时间过长。

Objective:To explore the problems of perioperative use of antibiotics in orthopedic class Ⅰ incision.Methods:988 cases of orthopedic class Ⅰ incision surgery from January to November 2020 were selected,551 cases of preventive medication were inquired one by one through the hospital medical record system,and the rationality of medication was counted.Results:551 cases of perioperative medication involved 5 categories and 9 varieties of antibiotics,the rationality of medication was 35.03%.Conclusion:There are many problems in perioperative medication of orthopedic surgery,the most serious problems are irrational drug selection and long postoperative medication time.
