“子午流注”指导吴茱萸穴位贴敷预防全身麻醉术后恶心、呕吐的临床研究

Clinical Study of"Ziwu Liuzhu"Acupoint Application of Evodia in the Prevention of Nausea and Vomiting after General Anesthesia

目的:观察“子午流注”指导吴茱萸穴位贴敷预防全身麻醉(全麻)术后恶心、呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的42例患者分为实验组、对照组两组,每组各有21例。本次研究对照组患者是在术后予常规护理进行治疗;实验组在常规护理的基础上配合使用“子午流注”指导的吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗,分别观察两组患者12、24 h恶心呕吐程度及术后满意度情况。结果:术后12、24 h,“子午流注”指导吴茱萸穴位贴敷预防全麻术后恶心、呕吐效果更佳,优于对照组,且术后满意度为100%,高于对照组71.43%。结论:“子午流注”指导吴茱萸穴位贴敷在预防全麻术后恶心、呕吐方面上疗效优,且患者满意度高,建议推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of"Ziwu Liuzhu"on the prevention of nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia by acupoint application of Fructus Evodia.Methods:42 patients in line with the diagnostic criteria were divided into experimental group and control group,with 21 cases in each group.In this study,the control group was treated with routine nursing after surgery;experimental group was treated with acupoint application guided by"Ziwu Liuzhu"on the basis of conventional nursing,and the degree of nausea and vomiting at 12 h and 24 h as well as postoperative satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:At 12 and 24 hours after operation,"Ziwu Liuzhu"guided acupoint application of evodia rutaecarpa had better effect in preventing nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia,which was better than that of the control group.The postoperative satisfaction was 100%,which was higher than 71.43%of the control group.Conclusion:The acupoint application guided by"Ziwu Liuzhu"has excellent efficacy in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting and high patient satisfaction.Therefore,it is recommended to be popularizing and widely used in clinical practice.
