摘要
张燕(2021)根据过去近20年内(2000~2019年)发表于Academy of Management Journal和Strategic Management Journal的文章对战略领导力研究进行了及时回顾。在此基础上,她对未来的研究方向提出了颇具建设性的意见。鉴于回顾期(2000~2019年)之后COVID-19疫情的暴发及由此引发的一系列全球范围的突变和危机,本文结合这一仍在持续的重大环境变化对未来的研究方向做进一步探讨。本文指出COVID-19疫情可能带来的长期影响,并从四个方面对战略领导力研究正在面临的机遇和挑战加以讨论:战略领导者的属性、他们的互动和领导行为、他们之间的分工与协作关系,以及各自负责的具体职能。
Zhang(2021)provided a timely review of strategic leadership research based on 2000-2019 publications in the Academy of Management Journal and Strategic Management Journal.In addition,she discussed an array of future research directions.Given the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic after the review period and the rapid,unexpected and far-reaching global crisis the pandemic has aroused and continues to arouse,this commentary elaborates further upon the future research directions.Specifically,this commentary discusses the possible long-term implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and suggests additional directions for strategic leadership research by focusing on four main topics:leaders’attributes,leaders’interaction and leadership behaviors,leaders’interdependence,and leaders’functional responsibility.
