困难遗产视角下的档案正义与世界记忆项目建设研究

Archival Justice and Construction of Memory of the World Programme from the Perspective of Difficult Heritage

记忆与遗忘不断交织,因此遗产、历史、文化、认同才显得更加珍贵。困难遗产所包含的负面记忆通常展现出羞耻的历史与伤痛的情感,因与过去塑造的积极身份难以共存而频频引起群体间的争议与对立。通过对困难遗产进行概念阐释,明晰其发展的背景与前景,并以档案正义为研究视角挖掘其潜藏价值。以世界记忆项目为例,探讨困难遗产在保护与利用方面的问题,最后总结困难遗产在世界记忆项目发展中的挑战,指出档案参与其中的证据价值、认同价值与情感价值,并对未来困难遗产维护历史正义、促进国家合作、构建人类共同记忆提出思考。

Memory and forgetting are constantly intertwined,which is why heritage,history,culture,and identity are precious.The negative memory of difficult heritage usually shows shameful history and painful emotion,and it is difficult to coexist with the positive identity created in the past,which frequently causes controversies and conflicts among groups.Through the interpretation of the concept of difficult heritage,the development background and prospect of it are clarified,and its potential value is explored from the perspective of archival justice.Taking the Memory of the World Programme as an example,the problems in the protection and utilization of difficult heritage are discussed,and the challenges of difficult heritage in the Memory of the World Programme are summarized.The values of evidence,identity and emotion of archives are pointed out,and some thoughts are put forward on how to maintain historical justice,promote national cooperation and build the common memory of mankind in the future.
