Building an archives information service system in public archives is conducive to improving archives service capabilities and better providing archives information service for the public.China's public archives have a large number of archives information resources.The paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of public archives'archives information service,and proposes countermeasures to construct an archives information service system to improve the quality and level of public archives'service to the public.
