齐清心一生致力于中华医学教育工作,为国家卫生事业培养了大批宝贵人才。他是河北医科大学史上在任时间最长的校长,也是唯一经历了河北省立医学院、抗日战争、河北医学院三个时期的校长。十七年间,齐清心为推动学校发展、培养医学人才作出巨大贡献。齐清心不仅实现了个人的医学梦想,更为动荡时期的中国培养出一大批服务社会的医疗人才。

Qi Qingxin was dedicated to Chinese medical education and cultivated a remarkable number of excellent talents for China’s healthcare service throughout his life.He was the only president who experienced the significant timeline of Hebei Medical University,thus became the longest-serving president.Qi Qingxin has made great contributions to promoting the development of the university and cultivating medical talents during his tenure.Qi Qingxin has not only fulfilled his personal medical dream,but also cultivated a large group of medical talents to serve the society during the turbulent period.
