摘要 由于飞机液压能源系统缺乏完善的效能评估指标体系和效能评估方法,构建了一个包含液压能源系统关键部件和参数的两级效能评估指标体系。结合层次分析法和熵权法对指标权重的主观性进行修正,提出了基于改进灰色聚类法的综合评估模型,同时将指标划分为优秀、良好、中等、较差四个灰类,最后综合各指标所属灰类的白化权函数和权重得到系统的聚类系数,确定系统的效能等级。以某型飞机液压能源系统为例,得到了切合实际的效能评估结果,验证了方法在液压系统效能评估中的有效性。 Due to the lack of a perfect efficiency evaluation index system and efficiency evaluation method for aircraft hydraulic energy system,a two-level performance evaluation index system including key components and parameters of hydraulic energy system was constructed.And the paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation model based on improved grey clustering method which combined the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to correct the subjectivity of index weights.At the same time,the indicators were divided into four categories:excellent,good,medium and poor.The whitening weight function and weight of each grey category are integrated to determine the performance level of the system.Taking the hydraulic energy system of a certain aircraft as an example,the practical efficiency evaluation results were obtained,which verifies the effectiveness of the method in the efficiency evaluation of the hydraulic system.
