摘要 目前航站楼安全联检均衡分散方法存在联检服务率低,开放服务台精准率低和长时间等待联检旅客比例过高的问题。为此提出智慧机场航站楼安全联检均衡分散方法,通过建立ARMA算法模型预测出单位时间内机场客流量,判断模型中获取到的客流量样本数据是否为稳定的时间序列,提取出相对合理的模型,最终在最小二乘法中加入阻尼项估计出模型的精度参数。假设预测的全部客流量都进行安全联检,令所有旅客的安检项目时间都分别独立,建立函数计算出旅客在安检口等待安检的时间概率,构建出联检均衡分散的目标函数,求解出目标函数就实现航站楼安全联检均衡分散。实验结果表明,所提方法的联检服务率高,开放服务台精准率高和长时间等待联检旅客比例低。 Currently, there are some defects in the balanced and decentralized method of terminal security joint inspection, such as low service rate of joint inspection, low accuracy rate of open service desk, and high proportion of passengers waiting for joint inspection for a long time. Therefore, this paper presents a balanced and decentralized method of joint inspection for terminal safety of smart airport. ARMA algorithm model was used to predict the airport passenger flow per unit time. The stable time series of the passenger flow sample data obtained in the model were judged. Relatively reasonable models were extracted. The least square method was combined with the damping term to estimate the accuracy parameters of the model. The function was founded to calculate the time probability of passengers waiting for security check. The objective function of joint inspection equilibrium dispersion was established, the objective function was solved, and the equilibrium dispersion of terminal joint inspection was completed. The results show that the method has high service rate of joint inspection, accuracy rate of open service desk and low proportion of passengers waiting for joint inspection for a long time.
