湿热环境下CFRP复合材料吸湿过程的仿真分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)在湿热环境下的吸湿老化问题,运用Abaqus软件从细观尺度上对复合材料周期单胞结构的吸湿过程进行了有限元仿真分析,获得了不同纤维分布下两类模型吸湿后内部的水分浓度场。结果表明,CFRP复合材料的吸湿是绕过碳纤维而仅在树脂基体内部扩散的,吸湿前期速率较快但吸湿则后期要经过相对较长的时间才能达到平衡吸湿状态,基体中不同形式的纤维分布对CFRP复合材料吸湿过程会产生一定程度的影响。吸湿瞬态过程的有限元仿真分析为后续计算水分扩散进材料内部后的吸湿应力奠定了基础。 Aiming at the hygroscopic aging problem of carbon fiber reinforced polymer matrix composites(CFRP) in hygrothermal environment, the moisture absorption process of periodic cell structure was simulated and analyzed using Abaqus software at meso-scale, and the internal moisture concentration fields of two kinds of models under different fiber distributions were obtained. The results show that, moisture absorption of CFRP composites is diffused only in the resin matrix while in the early stage the rate of moisture absorption is faster than the later stage. But in the later stage, it takes a relatively long time to reach equilibrium hygroscopicity. Different forms of fiber distribution in the matrix had a certain influence on the moisture absorption process. The finite element simulation analysis of the moisture absorption transient process lays a foundation for the subsequent calculation of the moisture absorption stress.
