The Research on the Modernization of Higher Vocational Colleges' Governance System and Governance Ability

党的十九届四中全会明确指出,要想有效提升国家的治理能力,建立完善的国家治理体系,就需要积极推进现代化,这为高等教育事业的发展指明了方向。高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,要坚定不移在党的全面领导下,全面推进治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,落实立德树人根本任务,把握完善职业教育治理体系构建,遵循治理能力规律,培养又红又专的技术技能人才,办好人民满意的职业教育。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that in order to effectively enhance the national governance capacity and establish a sound national governance system,we need to actively promote modernization with the direction for the development of higher education.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational colleges must unswervingly adhere to the overall leadership of the party,comprehensively promote the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity,implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents,grasp and improve the construction of vocational education governance system,follow the law of governance capacity,cultivate both socialist-minded and professionally competent talents,and run vocational education satisfactory to the people.
