摘要
《旅游服务礼仪》课程内化修身,外化修行,通过中国传统文化的支撑,以《国家职业教育改革方案》为指导,以思政元素介入,让学生重礼、知礼、学礼、用礼,通过中国源远流长的重礼文化激发学生探索礼仪内涵的兴趣,深化学生的文化自信,培养爱国情操,树立大国责任感,以此树立学生正确的服务意识观和服务价值观,通过横向专业课的理论知识补充,纵向企业实习实训训练,让学们成为知行合一,德才兼备的服务人才,在服务岗位上不忘初心,让金山银山闪烁礼之光芒。
The travel service etiquette course internalizes self-cultivation,externalizes self-cultivation,supported by traditional Chinese culture,guided by the National Vocational Education Reform Program,and intervenes with ideological and political elements,allowing students to emphasize etiquette,know etiquette,learn etiquette,and use etiquette.It is to stimulate students'interests in exploring the connotation of etiquette through China's long-standing etiquette culture,deepen students'cultural self-confidence,cultivate patriotism,and establish a sense of responsibility in a big country,so as to establish students'correct concept of service consciousness and service values.Supplemented by theoretical knowledge of horizontal professional courses,vertical corporate internship training,let students become service talents with knowledge and action,both ability and political integrity,not forgetting their original intentions in service positions,and let mountains of gold and silver shine with the light of etiquette.
