Harm of Mycotoxin to Dairy Cattle and Its Prevention and Control Measures

目前我国奶牛养殖业普遍存在霉菌毒素污染的情况,不仅严重影响奶牛生产性能的发挥,给我国奶牛养殖业造成巨大的损失,还直接威胁到动物食品安全及人类自身的健康,因此一直受到行业的广泛重视。本文主要概述了部分霉菌毒素对奶牛的危害以及奶牛饲料防霉、脱毒等方法,为减少霉菌毒素对奶牛养殖的影响提供参考。

At present,there is widespread mycotoxin pollution in the dairy industry in China,which not only seriously affects the production performance of dairy cows and causes huge losses to the dairy industry in China,but also directly threatens the animal food safety and human health,so it has been widely paid attention to in the feed industry.In this paper,the harm of some mycotoxins to dairy cows and the mildew prevention and detoxification methods of dairy cow feed were summarized,so as to provide research data for better prevention and control of mildew in dairy cow feed.
