肺炎支原体感染患儿血清IgG CRP水平与病情严重程度的相关性

Correlation between serum IgG,C-reactive protein levels and severity of illness in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

目的探讨肺炎支原体感染患儿血清免疫球蛋白G、C-反应蛋白水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法将140例肺炎支原体感染患儿按疾病严重程度分为重症组(63例)和轻症组(77例),选取50名健康儿童设为对照组。比较3组儿童的肺功能指标、血清免疫球蛋白G、C-反应蛋白水平,并对患儿血清免疫球蛋白G、C-反应蛋白水平与病情严重程度的关系采用Pearson相关分析。结果重症组25%肺活量呼气流速、50%肺活量呼气流速、75%肺活量呼气流速、用力肺活量和第一秒用力呼气容积均显著低于对照组和轻症组(P<0.01),轻症组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。重症组血清免疫球蛋白G、C-反应蛋白水平显著高于轻症组和对照组(P<0.05或0.01),轻症组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,血清免疫球蛋白G和C-反应蛋白水平与病情严重程度呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论肺炎支原体感染患儿血清免疫球蛋白G、C-反应蛋白水平明显升高,且与病情严重程度存在相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),C-reactive protein levels and severity of illness in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae(MMP)infection.Methods A total of 140 children with MMP infection were divided into the severe group(n=63)and the mild group(n=77)according to the severity of the disease.50 healthy children were selected as the control group at the same time.The pulmonary function indexes,serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in the three groups were compared.The correlation between serum IgG and CRP levels and the severity of illness in children was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The forced expiratory flow at 25%(FEF25),FEF50,FEF75,forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)in the severe group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the mild group(P<0.01),and the mild group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum IgG and CRP in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild group and the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01),and the mild group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that serum IgG and CRP levels were significantly positively correlated with the severity of illness(P<0.01).Conclusions The levels of serum IgG and CRP in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection are significantly increased,and are correlated with the severity of illness.
