4C随访管理对BRVO继发黄斑水肿患者院外遵医行为及自我护理能力的影响

Effect of 4C follow-up management on out-of-hospital compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients with macular edema secondary to BRVO

目的探讨4C随访管理对视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者院外遵医行为及自我护理能力的影响。方法将74例视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者按入院时间分为两组,各37例。两组均给予常规治疗及护理干预,研究组在此基础上实施4C随访管理。观察6个月。比较两组遵医行为总依从率,采用自我护理能力测定表评定患者自我护理能力,采用视功能生存质量量表评定患者的视功能生存质量。结果研究组遵医行为总依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组自我护理能力测定表的自我概念、自我护理技能、自我责任感、健康知识水平维度分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),视功能生存质量量表总分及视功能、生存质量维度分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论4C随访管理能有效改善视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者院外遵医行为,增强其自我护理能力,提高患者的视功能生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of 4C follow-up management on out-of-hospital compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients with macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO).Methods A total of 74 patients with macular edema secondary to BRVO were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission time,37 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing intervention,and the study group was given 4C follow-up management on this basis.They were observed for 6 months.The total compliance rate of compliance behavior was compared between the two groups.The self-care ability of the two groups was evaluated by exercise of self-care agency(ESCA),and the visual function quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by vision-related quality of life.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care skill,self-responsibility and health knowledge in the exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The total score of vision-related quality of life and the scores of visual function and quality of life were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions 4C follow-up management can effectively improve the out-of-hospital compliance behavior of patients with macular edema secondary to BRVO,enhance their self-care ability,and improve the vision-related quality of life of patients.
