血清ALP、α-生育酚水平与带锁髓内钉内固定术后骨折愈合的相关性

Correlation between serum ALP,α-tocopherol levels and fracture healing after interlocking intramedullary nailing

目的:探讨血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、α-生育酚水平与带锁髓内钉内固定术后骨折愈合的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至12月河南神火集团职工总医院收治的70例实施带锁髓内钉内固定术患者临床资料。所有患者均在术后定期实施X线片检查明确其骨折愈合情况,统计患者一般资料及实验室指标,分析带锁髓内钉内固定术后患者骨折愈合的影响因素。结果:70例实施带锁髓内钉内固定术患者中有12例骨折未愈合,占17.14%;骨折愈合50例,占比82.86%。骨折未愈合患者血清ALP、α-生育酚水平低于骨折愈合患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistics回归显示,术前血清ALP、α-生育酚水平低是内固定术后骨折不愈合的风险因子(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:血清ALP、α-生育酚水平与带锁髓内钉内固定术后骨折愈合存在一定关系,临床可通过监测患者血清ALP、α-生育酚水平来评估内固定术后骨折愈合情况。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)andα-tocopherol levels versus fracture healing after interlocking intramedullary nailing.Methods The data of 70 patients with interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in Henan Shenhuo Group General Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given regular X-ray examination after operation to determine the fracture healing.The general data and laboratory indexes of patients were analyzed.The the influencing factors of fracture healing in patients after interlocking intramedullary nailing was analyzed.Results In 70 cases of patients with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation,12 cases of fracture did not heal,accounting for 17.14%;50 cases were union,accounting for 82.86%.The levels of serum ALP andα-tocopherol in patients with nonunion were lower than those in patients with fracture healing(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that the decrease of serum ALP andα-tocopherol levels before operation was the risk factor of fracture nonunion after internal fixation(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Serum ALP andα-tocopherol levels are associated with fracture healing after internal fixation with interlocking intramedullary nail.The fracture healing after internal fixation can be evaluated by monitoring the serum ALP andα-tocopherol levels.
