摘要 体外干细胞定向诱导分化方法中,共培养及转化因子诱导均可使干细胞定向分化,但在干细胞定向分化微环境中真正起到诱导分化的关键物质尚未明确。越来越多的研究表明,细胞来源的外泌体在细胞间通讯中表现出独特的功能,其在加快组织的修复,促进细胞的增殖、迁移及调控细胞生理功能等方面都具有显著作用。本文结合国内外研究现状,就外泌体诱导干细胞定向分化进行综述,从宏观上进一步探索诱导干细胞定向分化物质的基础,为体外细胞的定向诱导提供新的思路。 Objective:Among the in vitro stem cell directional differentiation method,co-culture and transforming factor induction both can make stem cells directional differentiation.While the key substances that can actually induce differentiation in the microenvironment of the directional differentiation of stem cells have not been clarified.More and more studies have shown that cell-derived exosomes have unique function in intercellular communication,which plays a significant role in accelerating tissue repair,promoting cell proliferation and migration,and regulating cell physiological functions and so on.This paper reviewed the research status of the exosome induced directional differentiation of stem cells at home and abroad,in order to further explore the basis of the substances that induced the directional differentiation of stem cells on the macro level,and provide new ideas for directional induction of cells in vitro.
