摘要
随着工业的快速发展,铝合金材料的需求日益增加,铝合金废料的二次回收利用则显得尤为重要。与电解生产原铝相比,铝的再生熔炼和精炼能够大幅度的降低能源的消耗,同时也减少了氧化铝资源的消耗。其研究为铝工业循环经济和可持续发展提供技术储备。铝合金在再生熔炼和精炼中最大的难度在于除去合金中的杂质元素,其中Fe元素对铝合金的机械性能有非常严重的危害作用,所以Fe元素的去除是再生铝生产的一个研究重点。综述了再生铝生产中Fe元素对各种铝合金的影响以及Fe元素的去除方法。
With rapid development of the industry,the aluminum alloy materials see uprising demand,which highlights the recycling of aluminum alloy scraps.Compared with the electrolytic production of primary aluminum,the smelting and refining of recycled aluminum greatly reduces energy consumption and decreases the consumption of alumina resources.The concerned research provides technical reserve for the recycling economy and sustainable development of the aluminum industry.The most difficult part in smelting and refining of cycled aluminum is to remove impurity elements from the alloy.As iron seriously impairs the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy,the removal of iron is a research focus in the production of recycled aluminum.Then a review was made on the influence of iron on different kinds of aluminum alloys and the methods of iron removal.
