摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)形貌分析和能谱(EDS)化学成分分析,探讨了8021铝箔坯料含硅异物产生的原因。结果表明,坯料中含硅异物是硅酸铝纤维及冷轧轧制油主要过滤助剂硅藻土。采取了相应的预防措施,经生产实际验证取得了明显效果,硅酸铝纤维异物减少90%,冷轧轧制油助滤剂异物有效减少。
The causes of silicon-containing foreign matters in aluminum alloy foil blank were studied on the basis of morphology observation by the metallographic microscope and the scanning electron microscope(SEM)and chemical composition analysis by the energy spectrum(EDS).The results show that the silicon-containing foreign matters are aluminum silicate fiber and diatomite which is the main filter aid of cold rolled oil.The corresponding preventive measures were taken and proved to be effective through actual production.Aluminum silicate fiber was reduced by 90%and the filter aid of cold rolled oil was effectively decreased after preventive measures taken.
