金银花粗提物和葛根粗提物对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状及肉品质的影响

Effect of chlorogenic acid and pueraria flavonoids on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of fattening pigs

试验旨在研究金银花粗提物和葛根粗提物对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状及肉品质的影响。试验选择体重无显著差异的三元阉公猪72头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮,试验1组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮+1 000 g/t金银花粗提物,试验2组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮+1 000 g/t葛根粗提物,试验3组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮+500 g/t金银花粗提物+500 g/t葛根粗提物。试验期45 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验3组育肥猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪眼肌面积均显著增加(P<0.05),试验3组猪肉pH值和粗脂肪含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验3组猪肉总氨基酸、必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸以及鲜味氨基酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),油酸含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,在育肥猪日粮中添加金银花粗提物和葛根粗提物能够改善育肥猪的生产性能、胴体性状及肉品质。

The experiment studied the effect of crude extract of honeysuckle and crude extract of pueraria lobata on growth performance, carcass traits and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs. In the experiment, 72 castrated boars with no significant difference in body weight were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and six pigs in each group. The fattening pigs in control group was fed with basic diet, group 1 was fed with basic diet+1 000 g/t crude extract of honeysuckle, the fattening pigs in group 2 was fed with basic diet+1 000 g/t crude extract of pueraria lobata, and fattening pigs in group 3 was fed with basic diet+500 g/t crude extract of honeysuckle+500 g/t crude extract of pueraria lobata for 45 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily gain of pigs in group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05), and the ratio of feed to meat decreased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the area of eye muscle in experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the pH value and crude fat content of pigs in experimental group 3 were significantly increase(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the contents of total amino acids, essential amino acids, branched chain amino acids and delicious amino acids in group 3 decreased significantly(P<0.05), and the content of oleic acid increased significantly(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding crude extract of honeysuckle and crude extract of pueraria lobata to the diet of fattening pigs can improve the production performance, carcass traits and meat quality of fattening pigs.
