摘要
随着经济快速稳定增长,中国城市化进程进入快速发展期,大量人口涌入城市,使得城市空间快速扩张,城市交通需求迅速增长,各大城市纷纷投入城市TOD的建设热潮。城市TOD的建设又将进一步吸引和产生大量的交通流,并对周围路网和区域组织交通产生影响。本文基于对交通影响理论和城市TOD特点的分析,确定了合适的交通影响评价指标,包括路段、交叉口、公共交通、慢性交通、行人通行能力,并采取层次分析法和广义函数法相结合的评价方法建立城市TOD综合评价方法。
In recent years,with the rapid economic growth,China’s urban development has entered a period of rapid growth,and the influx of large numbers of people into cities has led to the rapid expansion of urban space and increased demand for transportation.TOD has been set off in major cities.The construction of urban TOD will generate and attract a large number of traffic flows,and will have an impact on the surrounding road network and regional organization traffic.Based on theory of traffic impact analysis,and the characteristics of urban TOD,combined with national conditions to determine the appropriate evaluation indexes,including the sections,intersection,public transportation,chronic traffic and pedestrian traffic capacity,to determine the capacity calculation method,and adopt analytic hierarchy process and the generalized function method of comprehensive evaluation method evaluation method.
