交通基础设施对区域旅游经济的影响——基于2004-2018年旅游城市的面板数据

Impact of Transportation Infrastructure on Regional Tourism Economy——Based on the Panel Data of Tourist Cities from 2004 to 2018

交通基础设施与区域旅游经济之间是否存在联系,两者会产生何种影响?基于此,选取了我国2004-2018年间15个旅游城市的面板数据,并使用双向固定效应模型对两者进行分析,发现交通基础设施明显促进区域旅游经济的增长;并且两者的影响存在显著时空差异,中西部地区的区域旅游经济增长效应强于东部地区,且随着交通基础设施规模的完善由明显趋于平缓;交通基础设施以提高交通可达性水平直接带动区域旅游经济发展,同时促进区域间要素流动间接影响区域旅游经济发展。

Is there a link between transportation infrastructure and regional tourism economy,and what impact will they have?To explore this issue,this paper selects panel data of 15 tourist cities in China from 2004 to 2018,and uses a two-way fixed-effect model to analyze them.It is found that transportation infrastructure significantly promotes the growth of regional tourism economy;and the impact of both there are significant spatial and temporal differences.The effect of regional tourism economic growth in the central and western regions is stronger than that in the eastern region,and as the scale of transportation infrastructure improves,it obviously tends to slow down;Transportation infrastructure to improve the level of transportation access directly drives the development of regional tourism economy,while promoting the flow of interregional factors.
