摘要 双稳态电磁换向阀可在确保换向性能的基础上减少能耗并降低温升。建立换向机构磁路模型,推导出电磁线圈断电和通电时动铁芯位移与轴向磁场力之间具体函数关系,利用MATLAB分析了关键结构参数对稳态保持力和瞬态换向力的影响,分析了两种控制线圈通电方案的差异,得到更为经济的换向方案,通过Ansoft Maxwell仿真验证了理论结果。 The bi-stable solenoid valve can reduce energy consumption and temperature rise while ensuring directional performance. In this article,for the directional mechanism,the model of magnetic circuit is worked out,and then efforts are made to deduce the specific functional relationship between the moving iron core’s displacement and the axial magnetic-field force when the electricity is connected or unconnected to the electromagnetic coil. Besides,MATLAB is used to explore the influence of the key structure parameters on both the steady state and the transient directional forces;the analysis is conducted on the difference of the two schemes of controlling the electricity which is connected to the coil,in order to identify a more economic scheme of directional control. Finally,these theoretical results are verified by means of the Ansoft Maxwell simulation.
