摘要 所设计的耐压筒由碳纤维复合材料制成,在高压环境下工作,压力试验发现未达到设计目标值。通过设定参数、改进结构设计,对耐压筒进行有限元分析,从验证结果得出改进后的结构在理论上实现了设计目标,为耐压筒的实际加工及后续的研究工作打下基础。 In this article,the pressure cylinder is made by the composite materials of carbon fiber. A series of pressure test show that this machine which is working under high pressure fails to achieve the design goal. Efforts are made to set the parameters and improve the structural design,and then the finite-element analysis is conducted on the pressure cylinder. The results show that the optimized structure attains the design goal in theory. This lays a solid foundation for actual processing and follow-up research of such pressure cylinders.
