摘要
提出一种基于非接触式四目白光扫描仪的蜗杆压力角视觉检测方法,采用四目白光扫描仪分别从正面、正方向、反方向3个方向扫描测量蜗杆,获取蜗杆表面点云,并拟合成蜗杆表面轮廓,再根据蜗杆压力角的定义取截面,计算得到其压力角。对蜗杆压力角的测量与分析发现,该方法对工作环境要求不高,操作简单,且具备一定的精度水平,可满足一般的加工生产与测量评价需求。
In this article,a method is proposed for visual detection of the worm-shaft pressure angle based on the non-contact four-eye white-light scanner. The worm shaft is scanned from three directions: front,positive,and negative inverse,so as to identify the surface dot cloud and fit the surface contour. Then,the pressure angle is worked out by means of a certain section according to the defined the worm-shaft pressure angle. Through a series of measurement and analysis it is concluded that this method which has no stringent requirements on the working environment,is easy to operate and ensures a certain standard of precision,thus meeting the demands of most processing,manufacturing,measurement and assessment.
