筒式永磁涡流联轴器热磁耦合分析 被引量:2

摘要 筒式永磁涡流联轴器运行时由于感应涡流的存在引起内部温度升高,影响永磁涡流联轴器性能,文中考虑到温度对永磁体剩磁、矫顽力,对导体及钢架的电导率影响,对联轴器进行热力学、电磁学耦合性能分析,使用ANSYS Maxwell对联轴器进行电磁场有限元仿真,使用Workbench进行温度场仿真,进一步将温度场数据导入电磁场仿真中反复迭代,得到收敛的转矩及温度数据,搭建了试验平台,验证了仿真的正确性。 When the tubular permanent magnet coupler is in operation,the internal temperature rises due to the presence of induced eddy current,which affects the performance of this mechanism. In this article,with the influence of temperature on the permanent magnet’s remanence and coercive force as well as the conductivity of the conductor and steel frame taken into account,the analysis is conducted on the coupling performance of thermodynamics and electromagnetism;ANSYS Maxwell is used to carry out the finite-element simulation of this mechanism’s electromagnetic field;Workbench is adopted for the simulation of temperature field. Besides,efforts are made to input the data on temperature field into the simulation of electromagnetic field and then the related data is iterated repeatedly,so as to work out both the converging torque and the temperature data. Thus,the experimental platform is set up and it’s verified that the simulation results are correct.
