绳锯机控制器人机界面可用性评估研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提高绳锯机控制器界面交互的可用性水平,以可用性设计原则为基础,构建了基于眼动追踪技术和用户测试的操作界面可用性评价指标体系。根据用户行为特点,综合考虑产品界面的人机尺度和视觉感知需求,改进了控制器的人机界面交互设计方案,并将原界面和改进界面进行眼动试验评估,分析任务完成时长、正确率、至首次注视时间等眼动指标数据及热点图与轨迹图;结合用户测试和可用性量表法,从客观和主观两个角度对设计方案进行验证和评估。结果表明:改进界面的操作效率更高,有效提高了人机界面的可用性和用户满意度,该评估方法可为绳锯机控制器界面的人机交互可用性研究提供参考。 In order to improve the usability level of controller interface interaction of rope saw machine,an evaluation index system for operation interface usability was established based on the principles of usability design,which included eye movement tracking technology and user test. Human-machine scale and visual perception requirement of product interface were considered comprehensively according to user behavior characteristics. The human-machine interface interaction design scheme of controller was improved and eye movement tracking test evaluation was performed for the original interface and the optimized interface. Eye movement index data including task completion time,correct rate,time to first fixation and heat map and trajectory map were analyzed. User test method combined with usability scale method were performed to verify and evaluate the design scheme from both objective and subjective perspectives. The results showed that the operation efficiency of improved interface was higher. The usability and user satisfaction of human-machine interface were improved effectively. This evaluation method could provide references for human-machine interaction usability of rope saw controller interface.
