基于模糊复合策略的高速列车主动悬挂控制研究 被引量:6

摘要 为提升高速列车运行平稳性,基于其主动悬挂系统,建立半车垂向六自由度状态空间模型,以模糊控制理论为基础,设计模糊控制器与模糊PID控制器,并针对模糊PID控制需人工调整、主观性较强的缺陷,用粒子群算法优化控制器初始参数,使悬挂系统更符合客观实际。为验证此策略的先进性,用天棚阻尼策略作为对比,将控制器模型与悬挂系统模型进行联合仿真分析,结果表明:基于PSO的模糊PID控制改善效果最优,进一步表明复合模糊控制比单一模糊控制更能有效改善列车运行平稳性。 In order to improve the running stability of high-speed train, a semi-vertical six-degree-offreedom state space model is established based on the active suspension system. Based on fuzzy control theory, the fuzzy controllers and fuzzy PID controllers are designed. Aiming at the defects of strong subjectivity of fuzzy PID control which needs manual adjustment, particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the initial parameters of the controller to make the suspension system be more correspond with the objective reality. In order to verify the advance of this strategy, with the sky-hook damping strategy for comparison, the controller model is combined with the suspension system model for simulation analysis. The results show that the PSO-based fuzzy PID control has the best improvement effect, which indicates that the compound fuzzy control is more effective than the single fuzzy control in improving the running smoothness.
