Safety Risk Analysis and Control of Confined Space Operation in Industrial and Trade Enterprises

为预防和减少有限空间作业事故,避免盲目施救导致事故扩大,在分析有限空间作业的风险特点、事故类型以及事故原因的基础上,提出有限空间作业过程中的4项风险管控措施,即建立完善管理制度、全面开展辨识分析、深化专项教育培训、落实作业安全投入,为企业开展有限空间作业安全管控工作提供新思路。

In order to prevent and reduce accidents in limited space operation and avoid the expansion of accidents resulting from blind rescue,the risk characteristics,accident types and causes of confined space operation were analyzed and 4 risk control measures in the process of confined space operation were proposed,that is,establishing a perfect management system,comprehensively carrying out identification and analysis,deepening special education and training and implementing investment in operation safety,to provide new idea for enterprise to carry out safety management and control in confined space.
