摘要
产教融合创新生态系统的内涵是政产学研等创新主体进行协同创新、实现价值创造的相互依赖和共生演进的复杂网络系统。为了促进产教融合的高质量推进,该系统从形式上需要向集成化大平台演化,从驱动上需要实现新旧动能的转换,从价值上谋求“四链融合”,从技术上始终保持先进性。由于资源与创新是系统的两个核心要义,可以将系统置于创新资源理论分析框架。研究发现:过往产教融合的推进主要依据资源依赖理论,且这种理论在新时期存在局限性,需要从资源基础和资源拼凑寻求理论支撑。依据三种资源理论,分别提出了差异化的产教融合创新生态系统构建路径。
The connotation of industry-education fusion innovation ecosystem points to a complex network system in which innovation subjects such as government,industry,education and research carry out collaborative innovation to realize the interdependence and symbiotic evolution of value creation.In order to promote the high quality integration of industry and education,the system needs to evolve towards an integrated platform in form,to realize the transformation of kinetic energy in driving force,to seek the"four-chain fusion"in value,and to maintain the advanced nature in technology.Because resources and innovation are two core elements of the system,the system can be placed in the theoretical framework of innovation resources.It is found that the promotion of the integration of industry and education in the past is mainly based on the theory of resource dependence,and this theory has its limitations in the new period.The next move needs to be based on the basic theory of resources and the theory of resource patchwork.According to three kinds of innovation resource theory,the construction path of differentiated industry-education fusion innovation ecosystem is put forward respectively.
