论学习特征变化下的高校教育教学改革

Reflections on University Education and Teaching Based on the Changes of University Students’Learning Characteristics

新时代对大学生的教育教学提出了新的要求。现代大学生普遍具有较好的知识基础,视野开阔,善于利用新科技解决问题;然而,对现成知识、科技产品的过分依赖削弱了其独立思考能力,长期处于家庭目光的中心又带来了以自我为中心、协作精神低下、社会经验缺乏等一系列问题。为应对新时代背景下大学生学习过程中全新的特征及培养目标,高校教育工作者在开展教育教学工作时应耐心沟通并使用大学生乐于接受的方式促进其相互沟通、相互了解,从中学会尊重他人、提高自己;在实践中开展教育,提高其独立解决问题的能力。

The new era puts forward new requirements for the education and teaching of university students.Contemporary university students generally have good knowledge base,broad vision,and are good at using new technologies to solve problems.However,the excessive dependence on ready-made knowledge and high-tech products weakens their independent thinking ability.Constantly being exposed under the watchful eyes of the family brings a series of problems,such as being self-centered,low cooperative spirit,lack of social experience and so on.In order to cope with the new characteristics and training objectives of university students in the new era,educators in colleges and universities should communicate with students in a patient and acceptable way to promote mutual communication and understanding,so as to make them respect others and improve themselves.They should also carry out education through practice to improve students’ability to solve problems independently.
