摘要
新加坡南洋理工大学建校仅22年,便跃升至世界知名大学,成为亚太地区创业型大学的典范,国际化战略是其成功办学的显著战略。文章以美国高等教育学家伯顿·克拉克提出的创业型大学转型“五要素”模型和亨利·埃兹科维茨“三螺旋”模型为基础,结合美国高等教育学家赫尔姆斯的全面国际化理论,分析了南洋理工大学在创业型大学发展的初级阶段,其国际化战略的特征和成功经验,为“双一流”背景下中国创业型大学在“创业型大学”和“国际化”发展的“双初”阶段找准定位,实施国际化战略,向中国特色的创业型大学成功转型提供启示。
Since its establishment 22 years ago,Nanyang Technological University(NTU)has quickly risen to a world-renowned university in its primary stage of building an entrepreneurial university and become a model of entrepreneurial universities in the Asia-Pacific region.Internationalization strategy is a significant strategy for its success in running a university.Based on Burton R.Clark"five key elements"model of entrepreneurial university transformation and Henry Etzkowitz’s"triple helix"model,combined with the comprehensive internationalization theory of American higher educator Helms,this paper analyzes the characteristics and successful experience of the internationalization strategy Initial Stage of NTU,so as to provide the valuable experience for the internationalization of Chinese entrepreneurial universities under the background of"Double First-class"initiative.
