ELECTRONIC STRUCTURES OF ATOMIC IONS WITH THE 4f ELECTRONS

We here present our theoretical study on the average ground electronic configurations of atomic ions with the 4f electrons.There occur in-teresting configuration competitions which will have some effects on the isoelectronic scaling relations.
