摘要
概述了推荐性国家标准《轻型汽车多工况行驶车外噪声测量方法》(报批稿)与联合国欧洲经济委员会UN Regulation No.51噪声法规附录7附加噪声排放规定(最新草案)的技术背景,分析了在适用范围、术语定义、测量仪器设施、环境条件、车辆准备、测量边界条件、测量挡位、车辆操作、测量结果处理等方面存在的主要差异及存在这些差异的技术原因。结合轻型汽车车外噪声相关新技术分析了以上标准法规的发展趋势。
This paper summarizes the technical background and analyzes the differences including scope,terms and definitions,test equipment and facilities,test conditions,vehicle preparing,control ranges,test gears,vehicle driving and test data processing between GB/T standard<Measurement methods for noise emitted by light-duty vehicles in multiple driving mode conditions>(to be approved)and UN Regulation No.51 Annex 7<Additional Sound Emission Provisions>(latest draft).The technical reasons for such differences are also concluded briefly.Combined with the new technologies on pass-by noise,the developing trend of the up mentioned standard and regulation is also expected.
