摘要 针对港区拖船环保水平低和传统溢油回收船利用率低等问题,设计多功能环保拖船,该船具备拖船全回转机动性能,能完成狭窄水域和复杂海况下的围油栏布放和溢油回收等作业;采用新型生活污水处置、燃油在线监测和防海生物污染等系统,提升了自身环保性能。 Aiming at the problems of low environmental protection level and low utilization rate of traditional oil spill recovery ship,a mufti-functional environmental protection tug was designed.The tugboat has the maneuverability of full rotation,can complete the operation of oil boom placement and oil spill recovery in narrow waters and complex sea conditions.The design and application of new domestic sewage treatment,on-line monitoring of fuel oil and marine biological pollution prevention system improved its environmental protection performance.
