船舶主机垫片接触比精确检测方法

Precise Detection Method for Contact Ratio of Marine Main Engine Shim

针对船舶主机垫片传统色油法无法实现接触比定量检测的问题,提出基于色油图像计算机识别的接触比精确检测方法。介绍该方法的检测原理、检测流程,以及关键技术,开展模拟实验评估接触比检测方法的精度,分析接触比检测过程影响检测精度的因素,并提出相应的控制措施,实验结果表明,该方法操作简单,检测误差在3%以内,满足主机垫片刮配现场的实际应用,有助于提高船舶装配质量。

Aiming at the problem that the traditional color-oil method cannot realize the quantitative detection of the contact ratio of the ship’s main engine shim,a precise detection method of the contact ratio based on the computer recognition of the color-oil image was proposed.The detection principle,process and key technology of the method were introduced,the simulation experiment was carried out to evaluate the accuracy of the contact ratio detection method,and the influence of the contact ratio detection process on the detection accuracy was analysed.The results showed that this method is simple to operate,the detection error is controlled within 3%,which can meet the actual application of the main engine shim scraping,and is helpful to improve the quality of ship assembly.
