摘要
针对浮式平台油水置换储油舱内水中含油问题,以新型Spar钻井生产储卸油平台储油舱为原型,设计多组试验装置,开展模型试验,得到储油舱模型缩尺比、储油舱制作材料、原油物性、油水界面移动速度,以及平台运动等对储油舱内水中含油浓度的影响规律,验证油水置换储油技术用于浮式平台的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of oil content in the water of the oil-water displacement storage tank of floating platform,the oil storage tank of the new Spar drilling production storage and unloading platform was taken as the prototype,and several groups of test devices were designed to carry out a series of model tests.The influences of the scale ratio of the storage tank,the manufacturing materials of the storage tank,the physical properties of crude oil,and the movement speed of oil-water interface and motion of floating platform upon the oil-in-water content in the oil storage tank were obtained.The feasibility of oil-water displacement technology for floating platform was verified.
