摘要
根据不同填充介质(不同的海水与空气比例)压缩特性下自升式平台水密型桩靴变形与内压的变化情况,利用有限元计算得到桩靴变形(体积压缩量)与内外压力差值之间的关系和回归公式,给出反应内部介质、桩靴内压和桩靴容积变化量关系的解析方程组。利用某400 in自升式平台桩靴的实例定量绘制了在100 m水深下空气含量与桩靴内压支撑之间的关系曲线,通过曲线了解到水密桩靴中的空气对内外压差影响的显著性,提示水密桩靴作业中的风险点,给出水密桩靴设计中计算载荷的建议。
Aiming at the watertight spudcans,the deformations and internal pressures of the spudcan under the compression states of different filling media(different ratio of air to water)were analyzed in this paper.The relationship and regression formula between the deformation and the internal and external pressure difference value of the spudcans were obtained by the finite element calculation,and the analytic equations reflecting the relationship among the characteristics of internal media,the internal pressure and the change of the volume of the spudcans were given.A spudcan of 400 ft jack-up was analyzed as an example.The relation curve between the air content ratio and the internal support pressure of it under 100 m water depths was drawn quantitatively to find the significance of the influence of the air content in the watertight spudcan upon the internal/external pressure difference.Then the risk in the operation of the watertight spudcan was pointed out,and the suggestions for the calculation of the load in the design of the watertight spudcan were given.
