青海不同地区藏药细果角茴香中微量元素的聚类分析

摘要 对青海28批不同地区藏药细果角茴香中16种微量元素的含量进行了测定。采用系统聚类分析表明:藏药细果角茴香的生长与繁殖受高原海拔制约,并以海拔3200m为界分两类;道地药材分布地区与15种所测元素呈现关联。此结果为今后藏药细果角茴香的规范化种植、原产地保护及产业化开发提供理论依据。 The contents of 16 trace elements in 28 batches of Tibetan medicine Hypecoum leptocarpum from different areas in Qinghai were determined.The systematic cluster analysis showed that the growth and reproduction of Tibetan medicine Hypecoum leptocarpum were restricted by plateau altitude,and could be divided into two types at the altitude of 3200m,and the distribution area of authentic medicinal materials was related to 15 measured elements.The results provide a theoretical basis for the standardized cultivation,origin protection and industrial development of Tibetan medicine Hypecoum leptocarpum in the future.
