微创小切口重睑术和传统重睑术临床应用对比研究

Comparison study of clinical application of minimally invasive and traditional double eyelidplasty

目的总结对比2种重睑术临床应用效果及操作要点。方法选取2013年3月至2019年1月该院收治的行重睑术患者130例(单眼睑100例,轻度眼睑松弛30例),采用简单随机化方法分为研究组和对照组,每组65例。研究组采用微创小切口重睑术,对术者重睑处眼轮匝肌进行切口处理,具体为内、中、外3个部分;对照组采用传统重睑治疗方法。比较2组患者治疗前后重睑弧度、术后消肿时间、瘢痕、并发症发生情况和患者满意度。结果2组患者治疗后眼睑线自然流畅,术后效果均良好。与对照组比较,研究组患者治疗后重睑弧度更自然,瘢痕更小,恢复时间更短,术后6个月满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创小切口重睑术治疗对组织损伤小,术后恢复快,无明显瘢痕,疗效肯定,比传统重睑术治疗方法更具有临床应用的实际意义。

Objective To summarize and compare the application effect and operation key points of the two kinds of double eyelidplasty.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with double eyelidplasty(100 cases of single eyelids and 30 cases of mild flabbiness of eyelid)in this hospital from March 2013 to January 2019 were collected and divided into the study group and control group according to the simple randomized method,65 cases in each group.The study group adopted the minimally invasive double eyelidplasty.The orbicularis oculi muscle at the double eyelid conducted the incision treatment,which were specifically inner,middle and outer three parts;the control group adopted the traditional treatment method of double eyelids.The double eyelid radian,postoperative detumescence time,scar,complications occurrence and patient satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the eyelid line of the two groups was natural and fluent and postoperative effect was good.Compared with the control group,the eyelid radian after treatment in the study group was more natural,had smaller scar,shorter recovery time,higher satisfaction degree in postoperative 6 months,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive small incision of double eyelidplasty has less tissue damage,rapid postoperative recovery,has unobvious scar,definite effect and more practical significance of clinical application compared with the traditional double eyelidplasty.
